She hails from Loudoun County, VA. A graduated from Seton Hall University with bachelor’s in science and a master’s (Sum Cum Laud) from Golden Gate University.  She is an organizational master and a Certified Life Coach with the Certified Life Coach Institute.  Mimi is a member of the American Association of Daily Money Managers. She is dedicated to contributing experience to those in need. 

She is a decorated military officer with a long record of service. Her accomplishments include being the first Executive Officer for the National Disaster Medical System, and the Director of Finance for the Department of Veterans Affairs Office of Construction and Facilities Management.  She spent a decade managing billions of dollars and protecting taxpayer funds when she honed her skills for navigating government systems of finance and medical support.
